The staff here are incredible. From receptionists to chambermaids, they are always on hand to accommodate our requests with friendly service. Their supervisor or manager is lovely and ensures that we have everything we need to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

The room was immaculate with a great en-suite that had a lovely bath. We also enjoyed the excellent buffet breakfast and had outstanding dinner at the restaurant, which was quite affordable. the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the three-night stay, and we appreciated the abundance of tea/coffee, and the large bottle of water replenished each day. the beautiful big garden was also an added advantage.

The bar area wasn't clean when we had pre-dinner drinks at 7 pm, and the food we were served wasn't up to the mark. Two lamb shanks that we ordered smelled off and tasted terrible.

stayed here twice before, but this time exceeded expectations. They read my special request and upgraded me to a beautiful room with a garden view. Staff were helpful, breakfast was delicious, and the surroundings were an oasis.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and quickly changed my room when there was an unpleasant smell. The bed in my smallish room was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great sleep. The shower was also decent, providing a refreshing start to my day. I was pleased to find a gym, even though it was small, and it had recently been improved with new equipment. The hotel also had a lovely big restaurant, where I enjoyed a delicious freshly prepared meal. The service was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast in the main restaurant overlooking the garden was outstanding, with plenty of choices and perfectly cooked poached eggs. The hotel had plenty of public areas for relaxation and was overall clean and well-maintained. The staff was attentive and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay.
