staying at the brownlow arms inn was a delightful experience. the old building exuded charm with its lovely decor and spacious rooms and bathrooms. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. not to mention, the restaurant served excellent food with a great menu selection that was beautifully cooked. nestled in a small, picturesque village, the location was both peaceful and conveniently located, just off the main routes.

Charming period atmosphere with a touch of luxury. A very comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. the menu for dinner and breakfast was wonderful, offering delicious options. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful countryside on the recommended 7-mile walk.

The shower took a while to get hot water running, causing a small inconvenience. It would have been nice to have UHT milk capsules in the room for tea/coffee, although fresh milk was available upon request.

the breakfast was amazing and the staff went above and beyond. the garden area was even better than in photos. We'd DEFINITELY choose this place again.

We had an amazing time at the sun terrace and garden area. the room was a true delight, with exclusive advantages such as a private terrace and beautiful decor. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were exquisite, offering special diet menus and unparalleled service. the hotel's location advantages made it easy to explore the area.

the private facilities were stunning, but we noticed some rusted fixtures in the bathroom.

We stayed at this charming inn for a much-needed catch-up with my sister, who lives in a different town. The location was perfect, being halfway between our two cities. The room we stayed in was cozy, clean, and filled with character. We were pleasantly surprised to find tea, coffee, biscuits, and water provided in the room. Although the restaurant was closed, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and even set up a table outside with patio heaters so we could enjoy our champagne. The food at the restaurant was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The ambiance of the inn was lovely, and I could imagine it being equally charming in all seasons. The breakfast was delicious and served by a welcoming and friendly lady. our experience here was fantastic, and we couldn't fault anything. The staff made a significant difference, and we will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended.

Celebrated our wedding anniversary here. Room had all amenities we needed, including a great tea/coffee selection, comfy bed, and beautiful decor. Fantastic shower and friendly service from Lorraine. The restaurant, though a bit pricey, served outstanding food with quality ingredients. Fabulous atmosphere. A perfect choice for our trip.

Spent an amazing Easter weekend at this cozy inn. the location was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and great accessibility to key attractions. the room was spacious, comfortable, and set up to make us feel right at home. the staff was friendly and always there to serve us, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Although overall satisfied, a couple of minor issues to report. the breakfast didn't meet our expectations-- not a lot of variety and the quality was only average.
