I had a great experience during my New Year stay at this hotel. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the room exceeded my expectations, with attention to detail and comfortable amenities. the breakfast was delicious and served in a charming setting. the location was convenient, with easy access to key attractions and public transportation. Plus, the hotel offered a cool pub downstairs, allowing me to order drinks and food to my room for a cozy night in.

The lack of air conditioning, which made sleeping at night a bit difficult. the street noise also prevented me from leaving the windows open.

We stayed at Brownswood for a weekend event at Ally Pally and it was perfect. Mike went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even upgrading our room for free and throwing in a birthday round. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully styled. The pub had a great atmosphere and selection of beers, and the Sunday roast was amazing. The location was convenient for us, and we would definitely stay here again.

There were no parking options available which resulted in me having to pay extra for parking in the area. the room was quite small for the price paid, and the walls were thin - so I could hear the conversations from the next room.

The breakfast room provided a peaceful and beautiful setting to start our day. The extras like homemade yogurt and tea served in a beautiful tea set added to the overall experience. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
