All was fine, nothing to complain about.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast had a good selection, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. The outdoor bar had a great range of food options, and the staff were friendly and quick to serve. The spa facilities were fantastic, especially the dead sea pool.

The dining experience at night was chaotic, with separate tables and long queues. The entertainment for the kids was repetitive and lacked variation.

There are many picturesque spots nearby, perfect for taking beautiful photos. The outside bars can be a bit busy, but it's worth the wait as the bartenders serve delicious drinks with a friendly smile.

In terms of the kids club activities.

my recent stay in playa del ingles was absolutely amazing! this time at Bull, everything exceeded my expectations. the brand new, spacious room with a pool view balcony was perfect for relaxation. the staff, especially at the restaurant, went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs. the spa center was one of the best I've ever experienced. overall, a truly fantastic holiday.

Wifi in the rooms was unreliable.

The hotel is conveniently located near a dual carriageway, making it easy for those with a rented car to access. It is also within a reasonable distance from the town center and the beach, although it may require a long walk or a short taxi ride. The rooms are situated on the 5th floor, providing a nice view of the surroundings. The self-service restaurant offers a variety of options for breakfast, including fresh orange juice.

The hotel lacks air conditioning, which may be a disadvantage for some guests.

Great spa experience and delicious food with lots of options to choose from. We loved the rooftop jacuzzi and the beautiful sunsets. the hotel had a perfect location, very close to restaurants and shops, and also they offered a free shuttle service to the beach. It was very romantic to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset from the rooftop terrace and walk hand in hand at the beach.

Some staff members at the pool bar could have been friendlier, but we managed to get around that. It was also a bit disappointing that there were more non-English speaking guests than English speakers.

The hotel had plenty of on-site activities for both kids and adults, such as mini golf, a kids play park, and an arcade room. The evening entertainment was enjoyable, with the option to watch shows either inside or outside. The spacious rooms had balconies with beautiful sunset views. The hotel offered a variety of food options with plenty of choice for breakfast. There were multiple pools and ample sun loungers for guests to enjoy. The animation team provided activities throughout the day, keeping kids entertained.
