I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Castle Suite which offered picturesque views across the city. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center, so I didn't have to drive to find great places to eat. The breakfast provided was superb, with a variety of delicious options.

Additionally, it can be a bit difficult to find the hotel as the satnav often directs you to the shopping street instead. The rooms are well-maintained and spacious, with comfortable beds and a range of amenities such as TV, tea/coffee making facilities, and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of hot and cold food, and there is also the option to order additional items from a menu.

I recently stayed at Castle Hotel in Somerset for a short trip. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with on-site parking, which was a huge benefit. The brasserie, Brazz, served a fantastic modern British menu that I thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, responding efficiently to any requests. The room itself was spacious, tastefully furnished, and had a very comfortable bed. The hotel also had a lovely garden where we could relax in the sunshine. a well-managed and enjoyable stay.

Additionally, the hotel's location in the heart of Somerset was perfect, allowing us easy access to the town and other attractions in the area.

Worst aspects of our Easter stay: One of the minor letdowns was the lack of generosity with the coffee, tea, and milk sachets in the room.
