The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and high-end. The location was perfect, with great bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops right on the doorstep. The staff were friendly, helpful, and communication was quick.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with the addition of a frypan for guests to have a cooked breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at 25 Castle Street! The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable for our group of four. The communication from the owner was excellent, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. We even got to extend our check-out time. The parking was reasonably priced with the discount ticket and having Sainsbury's opposite was a bonus. We loved the peacefulness of the building and the easy access to restaurants and transportation options. We will definitely use 25 Castle Street again!

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to a variety of restaurants and bars, as well as being within walking distance of the main shopping district. the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Another advantage was the spacious and clean kitchen, which was perfect for preparing meals.

The noise, particularly if your room was facing the alley. Delivery bins and doors banging could be heard throughout the day, which could be disruptive.

The location of The Castle Collection - 25 Castle Street is highly convenient, being central to everything. It is situated in the vibrant Castle Street, surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, and cafes. Additionally, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean, equipped with a kitchenette. The staff is very helpful and flexible, providing early access and luggage storage on the last day. The bathroom is nice, and towels are fluffy.

The location was excellent, close to all areas of the city. The amenities were perfect, with little touches like a clothes washing tablet and a clothes horse. a stunning apartment and a relaxing stay.
