The food was delicious and reasonably priced, served piping hot. Loved the open spaces for reading and chilling, along with the bonfire nights. the staff was super friendly, beds comfy, and the kitchen offered quality meals at a good price. Just wished there were firewood options in rooms for the cold, humid weather in Ooty, and maybe a drying service for wet clothes. 🔥.

The common areas were tastefully designed and easily accessible for senior individuals like myself. the hotel's location and facilities catered well to the needs of us older folks, making it a delightful and convenient experience.

I wished for more consideration for the comfort of senior guests by providing softer mattresses. the children working there could also be more attentive to the needs of older guests.

Although the wifi was a bit unreliable, I appreciated the affordable kitchen option and the comfortable beds. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I highly recommend this hostel for a memorable stay in the hills. this was a fantastic experience.

the manager, Kandy, was incredibly kind and helped create a fantastic itinerary for my four days in Ooty. the rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the dorms were comfortable with spacious beds. I loved the communal areas with board games and books, perfect for socializing with other travelers. And of course, I can't forget to mention Leo, the adorable hostel dog. the food provided for every meal was delicious, and the view from the garden was absolutely breathtaking.

The best part of my stay was the amazing location of the hotel. It was conveniently located near all the major tourist attractions, making it easy for me to explore the city without any hassle. the breathtaking views from the hotel were an added bonus that enhanced my overall experience.

It was not always ready on time, which caused a minor inconvenience. the receptionist arrived late in the morning, delaying the check-out process.
