During my recent stay at Zostel in the beautiful hills, I experienced the warmth and hospitality that made my trip unforgettable. The stunning surroundings and fresh air added to the overall charm of this cozy cottage. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and even helped me with transportation arrangements. Although the wifi was a bit unreliable, I appreciated the affordable kitchen option and the comfortable beds. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I highly recommend this hostel for a memorable stay in the hills. this was a fantastic experience.

My stay at Zostel was amazing! The manager, Kandy, was incredibly kind and helped create a fantastic itinerary for my four days in Ooty. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the dorms were comfortable with spacious beds. I loved the communal areas with board games and books, perfect for socializing with other travelers. And of course, I can't forget to mention Leo, the adorable hostel dog. The food provided for every meal was delicious, and the view from the garden was absolutely breathtaking. Towels and soap were provided at no extra cost, making my stay even more convenient.

The best part of my stay was the amazing location of the hotel. It was conveniently located near all the major tourist attractions, making it easy for me to explore the city without any hassle. The breathtaking views from the hotel were an added bonus that enhanced my overall experience.

One thing that disappointed me was the delay in breakfast service. It was not always ready on time, which caused a minor inconvenience.
