I couldn't believe the value for my money at Castle Hotel in Devizes. The room was spotless and had a comfortable bed. The central location made it easy to explore the area. But what really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff - they were helpful, friendly, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better would be a wider menu selection.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the town center and the Kennet and Avon canal quay. It was great to be able to explore the side streets and specialist shops within walking distance. the hotel was situated away from the main road, so it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful at night. the staff were also very pleasant and the meals in the pub were delicious, especially the buffet breakfast.

The hotel could definitely use some modernization. the décor felt a bit outdated and the common areas were not as clean and well-maintained as they could have been.

The hotel is located in a great area close to a beautiful church. the chimes weren't bothersome and the breakfast was delicious. the best aspect was the friendly and helpful staff that made our stay enjoyable.

The worst aspect of our stay was the unbearable noise from traffic and church bells that made it impossible to have a good night's sleep. the parking was very limited, and we had to park far from the hotel.

Had a great Easter break at the hotel! the Sunday lunch was absolutely amazing, with perfectly cooked vegetables and generous portions. Loved the friendly and helpful staff. the hotel is conveniently located near the town center, which made it easy to explore and find great pubs and restaurants nearby.

Parking was quite limited at the hotel, so we had to find street parking and deal with the restrictions. it would have been nice to have an iron and ironing board in the room for convenience.

The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of the charming old town of Devizes. The staff are helpful and attentive, especially in the restaurant. The rooms are well equipped with basic amenities and even have ceiling fans, which was a relief during the recent heatwave. The breakfast spread is excellent, with a variety of options and unlimited coffee/tea.
