The location of this hotel was fantastic, right on the high street opposite the castle. It was in the middle of Windsor, close to all activities. The hotel was in the Castle Mews, which was convenient and just across the carpark from the main building. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Water available in lobby, and tasty and varied dining options at on-site restaurant. a pleasant stay that met our expectations.

The location was ideal, just a short walk from Windsor Castle and the train stations. The hotel itself was modern and charming, with a smooth check-in process. My room was delightful, featuring a lovely little balcony and a super comfortable bed with amazingly soft pillows. Breakfast was included in the price of my room and the selection was vast and delicious. Despite some noise from other guests and the car park, my overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again and would like to thank all the helpful staff at The Castle Hotel for making my stay a memorable one.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was just opposite Windsor Castle, which we had to visit for an event. It was also very close to the Castle, which made it convenient for us. Despite being initially concerned about being on the main flight path of airplanes flying into Heathrow, the noise was not an issue at all. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided was outstanding, and we were also impressed with the hotel's parking and transportation options.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better! It is right in the heart of town, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. We loved being able to walk everywhere and soak up the atmosphere of the city. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They were always willing to assist us with our inquiries and provide recommendations for things to do in the area. Their warm and welcoming service made our stay more enjoyable.

There were some disappointments during our stay. the room we were given was very cold, and despite our attempts to adjust the heating, it remained chilly throughout our stay.

The first room I was given had adjoining rooms, which I prefer not to stay in. However, the hotel quickly moved me to a different room, which was very nice.

We loved the central location, just a short walk to the Castle and plenty of shopping areas nearby. The staff here are very caring and accommodating, always going out of their way to help with any requests. Our room was well-appointed with plenty of amenities, and the free wi-fi was appreciated. Room service, laundry, and dry cleaning were all available and very convenient. We also enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and taking in the beautiful garden views.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
