We recently stayed at The Chantry in Cornwall for one night and had an amazing experience. Lindsey, the host, was incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. The attention to detail at this guesthouse was remarkable, from the beautifully presented room to the outstanding personalized breakfast. Lindsey's genuine care for his guests was evident, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. We will definitely be returning to Cornwall in the future because of this exceptional experience.

Our stay at the Chantry was excellent value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a sofa and extra bed. The location was convenient, just a short walk away from the town center and with plenty of dining options nearby. The owner was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with the addition of a bath/shower mat to prevent the floor from getting wet.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was lovely and large, with an en suite, table, chairs, and a sofa. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast was filling, and we had the option to have it served in our room. The location was perfect, as it was close to shops and restaurants, and not too far from any of the beaches in the area.

The location was perfect, with plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. the room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated having a private bathroom. there was a common sitting area outside the room where I could enjoy breakfast in the morning. the host was welcoming and made me feel at home.

the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was spacious and bright, with a great en suite shower room. the breakfasts were absolutely delicious, served in our room on a little table and chairs. They even catered to my dietary restrictions, which was much appreciated. the location was also convenient, within walking distance to town but still in a quiet area. it exceeded our expectations in every way.

From check-in to check-out, the owner was friendly and welcoming. The Garden Room was light and spacious, with a well-appointed bathroom. The continental breakfast brought to our room was delicious and set us up for the day. The whole house was clean and tidy, with lovely attention to detail.

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room upon arrival, which was a wonderful bonus. The breakfast, served in our room, was delicious and cooked to perfection. a truly delightful stay.

The guest house is located in a beautiful setting, close to the town centre, making it convenient for exploring the village. The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean, with well-equipped en-suite bathrooms. The service provided by the friendly and accommodating owner is commendable. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and there is a TV in the room, along with complimentary tea and coffee.

The lack of outside space and all-day parking may be inconvenient for those traveling with dogs or in need of a parking spot.

The room was large and clean, providing ample space for us and our dog. We appreciated the fact that our furry friend stayed for free. the location of the hotel was convenient, with free on-road parking available just a short walk away. This made it easy for us to explore the city without worrying about our car.

the bed sheets provided were smaller than they should have been, causing discomfort during the night. the lack of daily housekeeping and rushed check-in process also left a lot to be desired.

Lindsay was helpful and friendly. Great breakfast with cereal, fresh coffee, croissant, and fruit. Attic rooms are fantastic for families. Communal sitting area, fridge, and microwave are a bonus. Good shower and plenty of hot water. Large free-standing fan in the room. Staff were accommodating and forgiving.
