We had a wonderful stay at a charming historic hotel in Salisbury. Our room, with its dark paneling and enormous bed, exuded a cozy and old-world charm. The ensuite shower was modern and the breakfast options were plentiful. Despite the lack of windows in our room, the temperature was perfect. The location was fantastic, with just a short walk to the cathedral and city center. I highly recommend this unique property for a lovely overnight stay.

chapter house was the perfect stopover during our visit to salisbury. it exceeded our expectations with its romantic atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food. the location opposite the cathedral made it even more special. we would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right opposite the cathedral. It's perfect for exploring the town and all its history. The rooms on the top floor are well-appointed with good amenities, including a shower and a free-standing bath, making for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and the breakfast at 8.00am is convenient. I particularly appreciated that they had veggie sausages available, which is a nice touch.

The hotel is perfectly located just across the road from the Cathedral, making it ideal for history enthusiasts like myself. The room I stayed in had a large, comfortable bed with soft bedding and pillows, ensuring a restful sleep. The bathroom was spacious and modern, boasting excellent facilities. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The breakfast spread included fresh fruit, yoghurts, and pastries, and the hot options were made to order, guaranteeing a delightful start to the day.

One thing I found disappointing was the lack of acknowledgement or compensation when my drink was accidentally spilled on me during dinner. It would have been nice to receive some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused.

The value for money at Chapter House was excellent, with a fantastic executive room and plenty of space. The location was perfect, just a short walk to shops, amenities, and the cathedral. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

What a lovely stay! We enjoyed two complimentary drinks upon arrival which was a great way to start the holiday. the hotel was in a key location just a stone's throw away from the cathedral and within walking distance to everything we needed. the room was modern but still had stunning character. the bed and bathroom were both very comfortable and added to the overall experience.

There were no bathrobes, tissues or shower cap which we expected for an executive room. there were no biscuits to enjoy with our tea and coffee, and when we asked about them, they were not provided.
