I had a great stay at the Townhouse in Cheltenham! The value for money was excellent, as I got upgraded to a beautiful standard double room with a comfy king size bed. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, bars, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, even offering to carry our bags and providing a map with helpful directions. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is conveniently located near the town centre and Pittville Park, allowing guests to easily explore the sights of Cheltenham. We stayed here for a gig at the Town Hall and the location was excellent for walking into town and also to the venue. The hotel is in a very nice quiet neighborhood, so even though we were close to the center of town, there was no traffic noise. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean and the public areas were well-appointed. We also loved the honesty bar, it was a great place to relax after a long day. Additionally, the hotel provided great service, they even alerted me to an iPad I had left behind and posted it back to me. the staff were amazing and really accommodating.

Although we didn't have any negative experiences, we would definitely recommend this place to our family.
