stayed at a b&b in Larne before, but Seaview House Bed And Breakfast exceeded expectations at our recent christmas party. The breakfast had a wide variety and the staff were attentive and friendly. The comfortable bed and quiet rooms made for a relaxing stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely B&B near the coast. The location was superb, just a short walk from the ferry and train links. The room was clean, welcoming, and comfortable, with an excellent bathroom that had an easy-access shower. The breakfast each morning was beautifully presented and offered a great variety of options, including fresh fruit salad, yogurts, cereals, porridge, and a cooked breakfast that was well-cooked and delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had breakfast before our early departure. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this B&B.

Although the room was comfortable, it did get quite hot and stuffy. Opening the window helped, but it also let in some outside noise.

This hotel is comfortable and conveniently located near the ferry terminal. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the staff provided excellent service. Despite not having breakfast, the offer was made to cater to my specific needs. Additionally, the fact that they welcomed dogs in the room was a bonus.

The location of the B&B is great, being very close to the ferry terminal. It is also conveniently located for exploring the Northern Ireland Coastal Route or going to Belfast. The hostess was warm and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. The room was very clean, with fresh linen, and the breakfast was tasty and filling. The presence of water coolers with good water was a nice bonus.

The room was airless despite open windows and curtains, making it uncomfortable in hot weather.

I gotta say, I got so much bang for my buck at this place! The room was clean, comfy, and felt like home. Plus, the location was super convenient with the train and ferry just a stone's throw away. And the staff? They treated me like family, especially the owner, Maryanne. She even gave me a ride to the stations herself. Top-notch hospitality!

Hotel breakfast could use a little improvement, like not overcooking the bacon, sausage, and eggs. But hey, it's a minor thing, and I heard the chef was new.

We stayed at Seaview House B&B for a few nights during our trip to Ireland. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ferry. The landlady, Carrell, was incredibly accommodating, arranging breakfast for us before our early departure. The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated, with modern touches throughout. The manager, Carol, was lovely and attentive, serving us delicious made-to-order breakfasts with a smile every morning. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Ireland. Book in advance to avoid disappointment!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Great location, very close to the ferry and restaurants. The breakfast was tasty and had a variety of options offered. The bed was comfy and clean. Warm fuzzy dog was there too!

The bathroom was not what we expected and needed more shelf space. There was a strong smell of cooking bacon which woke us up very early in the morning.
