The location of the hotel is very convenient, with plenty of parking available. The check-in process was welcoming and the staff were incredibly helpful. The Manor room we stayed in was spacious and offered a lovely view of the front gardens. The full English Breakfast was expertly cooked and the evening meal had a good selection. The hotel's character and the friendliness of the staff made our stay truly enjoyable. We will definitely be returning.

I had a fantastic experience at Coach House Suffolk. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. I especially appreciated their willingness to create a delicious vegan breakfast for me, even when the kitchen was about to close. Plus, they made my dogs feel welcome, which was a big bonus. The festive atmosphere during Christmas time really added to the charm. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

While my stay was mostly perfect, I did encounter a couple of minor issues. the room lacked towel hooks in the bathroom and an anti-slip mat in the shower, which made it a bit inconvenient.

To top it all off, the hotel gifted my mother a bottle of Prosecco for her 70th birthday celebration. We couldn't be more grateful for such a memorable stay.

The staff, including Lisa, were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was convenient, with easy access to the car park, making it hassle-free to unload and load our car.

We did encounter a small issue with a broken toilet seat, but the staff promptly fixed it without any hesitation. The newly refurbished common areas provided plenty of casual seating and added to the overall charm of the place. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to the Suffolk coastal areas and the city facilities nearby.
