I recently stayed at this charming hotel for a weekend getaway with my partner. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, with a good selection of tea and coffee. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and absolutely delicious. We also appreciated the quick access to the outdoors for our dog to stretch his legs. a lovely place to stay!

attended wedding in otterburn, so coach house was perfect location. staff booked taxi to and from venue when it was raining. young lady in charge was attentive and nothing was a bother. excellent breakfast and comfy room. 5-star experience.
