The bed and breakfast we stayed at over Christmas was fantastic! the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a cozy stay. the breakfast options were delicious, and the service was excellent. We also loved the beautiful gardens, perfect for relaxing in the sun or shade during the summer. the location was great too, close to the beach and within easy reach of nearby attractions. it was a wonderful experience.

Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike about our Christmas stay. the only downside was that it rained a lot during our visit, so we couldn't fully enjoy the lovely gardens.

The Coast Yard is a family-friendly B&B located very close to the pebble beach and all the local shops. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. The hosts are extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The garden rooms are beautifully kept, clean, and relaxing. The B&B has a small and friendly atmosphere, with facilities and standards that resemble a hotel.

The shower in one of the rooms is in need of renovation and could use some TLC.

The Coast Yard was the perfect base for exploring the South Downs National Park over the long weekend. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated, with a lovely garden view. The breakfast in the charming dining room was delicious, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. I would highly recommend the Coast Yard for a romantic getaway. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had an amazing experience! The location was perfect, not far from a beautiful pebble beach and it was easy to drive around to other beaches, ports, and great pubs nearby. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, with spacious rooms and beautiful beach views. I especially loved the lovely garden where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The service and housekeeping were exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, setting me up for a great day of activities. I also appreciated the nice touch of having a fridge in my room, perfect for keeping drinks and snacks cool.

our stay at the coast yard was absolutely wonderful. the room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and lovely bath robes. the added touch of makeup remover face flannels was a great idea. the breakfast brought to our room was delicious, especially the bacon and egg toasties. the host was friendly and the open side gate made luggage handling easy. the beautiful garden was a bonus.

The garden rooms provided the perfect self-contained experience with a lounge area and dining table, giving me the feeling of having my own little apartment. The outside space, including the table for outdoor dining, was a great addition. The breakfasts were brought to my room each morning and were delicious. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The location was convenient for exploring the Selsey Bill area, with close proximity to Chichester, the Downs, and the nearby beaches and restaurants. this hotel provided a clean and comfortable stay with excellent facilities and friendly staff.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is very near the coast and provides a short walk to the beach. The room I stayed in was well appointed, with a large en-suite bathroom. The service provided by the proprietors was excellent, as they were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was of good quality. the hotel had a lovely garden where guests could relax.

The TV volume was difficult to adjust, as it was too low for my liking.

The shower water pressure was weak, which made it difficult to take a quick shower. the balcony was not well-maintained and could be improved with some more decoration.
