The staff at The Congresbury Arms were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our late check-in. The breakfast options were delicious and well-presented, and the evening meals were consistently excellent. Our room was always clean and tidy, and we appreciated the little extra touches like jelly beans. The on-site parking was convenient, and the location was great for exploring the area.

The location was really convenient, right on a crossroads. We were a bit worried about traffic noise, but it wasn't a problem at all. the staff were super friendly and attentive, always making sure we were taken care of. Breakfast was amazing, with a good selection and high-quality food. the interior was clean and tidy, and had a nice contemporary style. the bedroom had a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the garden.

The hotel could use a little sprucing up, especially on the outside. It needs a fresh coat of paint and some cleaning to make it feel cleaner.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming inn and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. the staff at the Arms were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring that I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. the breakfast they served was excellent, and the lunch and dinner menus offered a delicious selection of freshly prepared food. the interior of the inn was clean, tidy, and tastefully decorated in a contemporary style. I particularly enjoyed the large and beautifully styled garden at the back of the property, which provided a lovely view from my comfortable bedroom. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

I had a wonderful stay at The Congresbury. The Cheddar Suite was a large and beautifully decorated room with a clean and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The bar and restaurant had a clean and light airy feel, with some lovely artwork on display. The breakfast menu was very good, offering a variety of delicious options. I also appreciated the free upgrade I received upon arrival. The location was perfect, as it was close to the M5 and Weston Super Mare, with plenty of parking available. a perfect place to stop overnight or for a longer stay.

We had a great stay at the Congresbury, a perfect place to stop near the M5 and Weston Super Mare. the staff were excellent, very helpful and obliging, especially in these uncertain times. Our room, although not the biggest, had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. the complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, nuts, jelly beans. We highly recommend eating in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. the breakfasts were excellent with a hot meal choice and the evening meals were delicious, especially the Hake with clams.
