I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel! The daytime staff were so friendly and gave my family and I personal attention, making us feel like valued guests. The beds were super comfy and clean, and the jaw-dropping big flat-screen TV was a delight. The updated vanity with lots of space was mind-blowing, and the shower head with its five settings was absolutely phenomenal! The towels and linens were of top-notch quality, and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool. Plus, the location was great, with easy access to a golf course and convenient amenities like wi-fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception. The breakfast, while not outstanding, was still pretty good. The only downside was the initial room we were assigned. Despite requesting a handicap room, we were given one on the second floor. Additionally, the room had a constant shower leak and loose sink fixtures. Furthermore, I specifically requested a room away from the road for a quiet experience, but we were placed right up front by the freeway. And lastly, the room had a lingering cigarette smell. Despite these minor setbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for its super-friendly staff, amazing amenities, and overall pleasant stay.
