Some minor maintenance issues were noted, such as a missing door and loose shelves.

We had an excellent stay at Cosy Nook Bed & Breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and we loved the convenient location by the beach. Vicky and Roy, the hosts, were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They even had a well-stocked bar and lounge area, although we didn't get a chance to use it. The accommodation was comfortable and Vicky and Roy shared their plans to renovate and upgrade the rooms, which we're excited to see in the future.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and felt brand new. The hosts were friendly and offered a great variety of drinks in the bar area. The location was perfect for easy access to both the pleasure beach and the North pier.

The room was small and lacked hot water in the sink. The mattress springs were worn out and made a lot of noise.

They had the TV on for guests and provided Halloween decorations and sweets for the children. The bar was well-stocked with a variety of drinks at great prices. Our room, although in need of an update, was comfortable and had a lot of potential for future improvements.

Parking was a bit of an issue as it was on a first-come, first-served basis and there were limited spaces. Additionally, the hotel could benefit from some renovations, as we noticed holes in the walls and a loud bathroom fan.
