We stayed in a clean and comfortable hotel located close to the bus station from-and-to the airport, the funicular station, and the main attractions of the lower city. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the park area, but the en suite was cramped and difficult to shower in. The reception and breakfast staff were helpful and provided gluten-free food options. The breakfast veranda was pleasant, and the coffee was excellent. Unfortunately, there was no outside area to have a drink, but we had easy access to the vehicular railway for the old town.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was superb, and the towels were changed regularly. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast provided a wide range of delicious options. The staff were friendly and always went above and beyond to assist me. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the funicolare Bergamo that takes you to Cittá Alta, and the bus stop was right outside the hotel for easy transportation.

We had a fantastic stay at Excelsior San Marco. the location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the funicular that takes you to Citta Alta. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options and the wifi connection was perfect. Plus, it only took us 15 minutes by taxi to get to the airport. the staff at the front desk provided excellent service and our superior room was spacious and comfortable. a great experience!

The Hotel Excelsior San Marco offers modern and spacious rooms with great views and balconies. The outdoor breakfast area is a delightful place to start the day, especially when it's warm outside. The staff is friendly and easy to communicate with in English. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and the train station. The bed is comfortable and the room has amenities like blinds to block the sunlight and air conditioning to keep the temperature cool.

It was conveniently located near the historic center and the lower town, allowing us to easily explore both areas. the hotel offered on-site parking, which was a great convenience for us. the breakfast provided at the hotel was fantastic. There were so many options to choose from, and we particularly enjoyed the views from the breakfast area while enjoying our meal. the cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, with the rooms being spotless and the bathrooms sparkling clean.
