The suite we stayed in was exactly as advertised, clean and spotless. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and cruises just a few steps away. The convenience of having everything within walking distance was a huge plus.

There were some issues with the room. It was quite damp, especially the bathroom, and we had to leave the doors open to try and air it out.

The noise level was low, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the overflow area of the Bellsfield car park. The room I stayed in was absolutely stunning, with luxurious furnishings and even a TV in the bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast was delicious and served quickly. Plus, as a guest, I received complimentary access to the nearby spa.

Our city break was great! The hotel offered free parking which was convenient for us. The location was also perfect as it was close to the main attractions of the city. We loved the fact that the room was equipped with a huge super king bed and a cozy fire. The bathroom was also huge with a separate shower and bath.

Breakfast was not impressive and there were some issues with the dressing gowns. They were worn and shabby.

For the price we paid, we got great value with a cosy room, comfortable bed, and luxurious shower. The location was perfect, close to all the restaurants, shops, and bars. The staff at Cranleigh Boutique were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better were the wait times. We sat for half an hour without anyone taking our order or bringing us hot drinks.
