The room, bed, and bedding were comfortable and clean. Good blinds and curtains for daytime sleeping. Plenty of tea, coffee, and sugar provided. Large and fantastic shower with toiletries. Lovely soft towels. Best homemade soup and tasty chicken Napoli for dinner. Excellent value for money. Spotlessly clean hotel and restaurant. Great location and friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast.

Everything was fantastic.

The Arms Hotel provided a lovely stay with excellent value. the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and arranging a taxi for us. the cooked breakfast in the morning was delicious and a nice change from the typical buffet options. the hotel also had a great selection of Tapas and was extremely dog friendly, with no additional cost for our furry friend.

The Crewe Arms Hotel is a lovely dog-friendly character pub with really friendly and helpful staff. The location is great, with other tapas restaurants in a close residential area. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and have everything you need. The bathroom is nice and the breakfast is lovely. The hotel is directly connected to the pub, which is a great advantage. a great place to stay in the area!

The wine list could use some improvement, but it didn't take away from the overall experience.

I had a great experience at a charming country hotel with live music in the pub. The room was spacious, clean, and had excellent amenities like a fridge and desk space. The bathroom was spotless with a good shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was of good quality with various options, including a delicious mushroom omelette. The location was ideal for visiting my daughter at Keele University.

The mattress on the double bed was uncomfortable and in need of replacement.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The large, comfortable rooms were perfect for our group of friends. The quiet location in a pretty village allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay. The friendly staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was superb. We also loved the added bonus of entertainment in the pub. a great value for money experience!

Well, to be honest, there were a few things that I liked about my Xmas stay at this hotel. the location was great for exploring the surrounding area, and it was easy to find. Oh, and the beds were really comfortable, which was a major plus!

There were some things that I really didn't like about this hotel. the room was really small and cramped, which was a bit of a disappointment.
