The hotel facilities were fantastic - from the food, staff, pool, and gym facilities to the spacious and luxurious rooms. The upgrade to the Palm Suite was a highlight, with its lovely patio and cozy corner sofa. The kids club looked amazing with its own pool, playrooms, and even a gaming room. The staff were courteous and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The food was wonderful, with two restaurants offering a variety of delicious options.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated in close proximity to the bar, which made it easy for us to enjoy a drink whenever we wanted. Additionally, the hotel provided a shuttle service to the main attractions in Marrakech, allowing us to explore the city with ease. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We found that the service at the main restaurant was lacking. Staff seemed disorganized and there were several errors in our order.

From the moment I arrived, every staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. Whether it was the friendly greetings from the concierge or the attentive service from the pool staff, I felt truly pampered throughout my stay. The hotel also had a fantastic kids club, which allowed me to relax and enjoy some much-needed downtime while my children were entertained. The food at the hotel was excellent, especially at the Moroccan restaurant, where I had the pleasure of dining twice. I had an unforgettable experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh.
