The hotel facilities were fantastic - from the food, staff, pool, and gym facilities to the spacious and luxurious rooms. The upgrade to the Palm Suite was a highlight, with its lovely patio and cozy corner sofa. The kids club looked amazing with its own pool, playrooms, and even a gaming room. The staff were courteous and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The food was wonderful, with two restaurants offering a variety of delicious options.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated in close proximity to the bar, which made it easy for us to enjoy a drink whenever we wanted. Additionally, the hotel provided a shuttle service to the main attractions in Marrakech, allowing us to explore the city with ease. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We found that the service at the main restaurant was lacking. Staff seemed disorganized and there were several errors in our order.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Marrakesh. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had all the modern amenities you could ask for. But what really made my stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, every staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. Whether it was the friendly greetings from the concierge or the attentive service from the pool staff, I felt truly pampered throughout my stay. The hotel also had a fantastic kids club, which allowed me to relax and enjoy some much-needed downtime while my children were entertained. The food at the hotel was excellent, especially at the Moroccan restaurant, where I had the pleasure of dining twice. I had an unforgettable experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh.

The luxury villa with a spacious pool was a highlight, especially with the added bonus of outdoor showers. The friendly staff, including a thoughtful receptionist, made our stay enjoyable. The delicious breakfast served in the villa was a great perk, as were the four on-site restaurants. The convenient shuttle service to the city was a plus, and the hotel's spa and golf area were excellent.

I got great value for my money at Fairmont in Marrakech. The room was spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The hotel's location was perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while still being connected to the bustling Medina. The staff treated me incredibly well, always wearing a smile and going out of their way to assist me with any requests.

Menu for breakfast could have had more options to choose from.

The hotel provided a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the service was exceptional and staff was friendly and attentive. the Spa and wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna and Jacuzzi were all fantastic. the body scrub, massage and beauty treatments were heavenly.

The sun terrace, garden area and heated swimming pool were great for relaxation.

Had a great Thanksgiving stay, loved the beautiful grounds and golf course. the views of the surrounding mountains were stunning. the breakfast was delicious and the staff were very attentive.

The hotel was quite pricey, especially the food and drinks. the shuttle service was limited, so we ended up paying a lot for taxis.

We had a delightful stay at Fairmont Royal Palm. The luxurious pool was a highlight for our family, with a constant depth that made it perfect for kids. The spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the outdoor showers, added to the indulgent experience. The staff, especially Achraf from reception, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The free upgrade to breakfast and the option to have it in our villa or at the restaurant was a lovely touch. The shuttle bus made exploring the city easy.

Fantastic food, service, and tranquility. Extremely kind, helpful staff. Ideal place to relax away from center of city. Massive comfortable room with his and hers sinks, walk-in wardrobe, and powerful shower. Abundance of activities for families. Friendly staff and free shuttle to town every hour.
