I had a great value for my money at The Crown. The room I stayed in, named after Bruce Springsteen, was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The hotel's location was ideal, right in the heart of town, surrounded by attractions. The staff at The Crown were exceptional - warm, polite, and helpful throughout my stay.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with the use of paper towels in the men's restrooms instead of hand dryers. The noise from the dryers was quite disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The Christmas decorations were absolutely stunning! It really put me in the festive mood and made my stay feel extra special. the staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any requests. the location was perfect, right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore all the shops and attractions.

The room I stayed in was not as clean as I had hoped. There were some noticeable dust bunnies under the bed that could have been easily cleaned.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at the Crown Hotel! the atmosphere was beautiful, with quirky and tasteful decor throughout. the newly refurbished bedrooms were incredibly designed and decorated. the food for both dinner and breakfast was delicious, and the staff were lovely and attentive. the central location was a big plus, with shops, Abbey grounds, and transportation options just a few steps away.

We had a wonderful stay at Crown! The location was fantastic, and the hotel had lovely decor and a comfy bed. We really enjoyed watching the hustle and bustle of Glastonbury from the small patio out front. The staff were friendly and check-in was a breeze. The room was beautifully furnished and had modern amenities. The breakfast, although delayed, was delicious and the portions were generous. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the open windows provided ample airflow. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and comfortable stay in Glastonbury!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel right in the center of town. Its location was very close to the centre and it was right next to everything I needed. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and comfortable room that was spotlessly clean. The breakfast options were impressive, and the fresh, high-quality food was served beautifully. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, with a special mention to the manager who was exceptionally welcoming.

No negatives from this place.

The room itself was very nice, with modern decor and a comfortable bed. the bathroom had a good shower. the hotel had a good breakfast, and the room was quiet. the parking was conveniently located nearby.

The pub downstairs was not my cup of tea, with loud music and people shouting. I was only given one option for a roast on Sunday, and there were no starter or pudding choices.

loved our stay at the crown! perfect location, amazing staff, and delicious food. everything was modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. the hot shower was a bonus. can't wait to return!

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the lively atmosphere and friendly staff. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring and the facilities were excellent.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The breakfast at Crown was absolutely superb! I had the haloumi steaks and poached egg combination, and it was the best breakfast I've ever had in an English hotel. The portions were generous and the flavors were incredibly satisfying.

One minor drawback was the size of the room. I stayed in the John Lennon room, which was a bit smaller than expected, and the window was quite small, limiting natural lighting.
