Lovely room with an extremely comfortable bed, stunning view of the green, and well-thought-out amenities. The trays for the perfect hamper breakfast in the garden were a great idea. The room had bottled water, homemade biscuits, a Nespresso machine, and a hairdryer. The ensuite shower was excellent, with a large mirror and fluffy towels. Despite being close to the A24, it was very peaceful. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Knepp estate. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, and a good range of food. Would definitely stay again!

The Crown Inn Dial Post Horsham exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, especially considering the attention to detail throughout our stay. The location was fantastic, nestled in a quiet pub below the hotel, providing a peaceful ambiance. And speaking of ambiance, the rooms had a seriously smart and stylish feel to them, with quirky touches that added to the overall charm. The basic amenities were all there, and the rooms also had so many extras, like good tea/coffee making facilities on a lovely wooden tray. Plus, breakfast was included in our rate, and it was a delightful experience enjoying it in bed, served in a picnic style wicker basket.

Spent Xmas at this lovely inn and we were blown away by the room. The decor was tasteful, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was stocked to perfection. We enjoyed the continental breakfast hamper delivered to our room, which included freshly brewed coffee and a variety of teas. What we loved most was the friendly and caring staff, who went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

The limited hours of the pub made it difficult to find staff at times. We had a small issue with the milk and were not able to replace it, but this was quickly resolved by the staff.

The location of the Crown Inn is ideal for easy access to necessary shops down a dual carriageway. The pub below provides a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of backpacking. The beautiful Butterfly Room is tastefully decorated and impeccably clean, with a super comfortable bed. The friendly staff go above and beyond to accommodate dietary requirements, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The continental breakfast, delivered in a wicker basket, is a delightful touch. Other facilities, such as the top-notch coffee machine and well-stocked tea selection, add to the overall excellent experience.

The bathroom, although well-designed and sympathetically incorporated into the small room, lacks a window, which may limit natural light and ventilation.

I had a wonderful stay at the Crown Inn Dial Post. The rooms were beautifully decorated and provided a cozy and quirky atmosphere. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also lovely, adding to the overall experience. The staff at the pub downstairs were friendly and the food was delicious. I appreciated their efforts in going plastic-free and being environmentally conscious. The towels in the room were of high quality, adding a touch of luxury.

The continental breakfast, although delivered to the room in a cute hamper, was a bit smaller than expected. It would have been nice to have a cooked breakfast option.

Additionally, the no-contact breakfast provided was generous and well-organized, making it convenient for us during our Christmas stay.

The check-in process was completely independent with no customer service support available. This made it difficult to address any issues or concerns that arose during our stay.
