The beautiful mature gardens at the front and rear of the hotel create a tranquil environment, shielding the hotel from any road noise. The free parking at the rear is definitely a plus, making it convenient for guests to explore the surrounding area.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The service and attention to detail were impeccable. The owners, David and Dawn, welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like a valued guest. They even offered me tea, coffee, and delicious cake upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The hotel is beautifully decorated and kept spotlessly clean. My room was comfortable and well equipped, with a refrigerator stocked with real milk and bottled water that was replenished daily. The small touches like this made a big difference and added to the overall comfort of my stay. The hotel also has a stunning garden where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The terrace with tables and chairs was the perfect spot to enjoy a drink and soak in the peaceful ambiance.

The breakfast was decent and the rooms were spacious. the location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. It was quiet at night.

The staff was not helpful at all. They didn't explain the amenities in the rooms, and were rude to us once when we asked for additional towels.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of town and close to all the attractions of Bourton on the Water. We were able to easily explore the village and enjoy the absolutely gorgeous stream that runs through the center. The room we stayed in was bright, spacious, and super clean, with a good shower and very comfy beds. The breakfast provided by Dawn was delicious and filling, with various options to choose from. The owners, David and Dawn, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing great conversation and helpful suggestions on places to visit. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient facilities such as a car park.
