our recent stay in ponteland was amazing! diamond inn exceeded all our expectations. the staff was friendly, room was immaculate, and the breakfast was out of this world. we felt so comfortable and would definitely stay again.

We got excellent value for our money at Diamond Inn, with a beautiful setting both inside and out. The room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement, perhaps offering more variety or options for guests.

Small rooms, comfortable beds, good shower and toilet. Excellent breakfast, polite and friendly breakfast staff. Quiet room next to pub, very clean and with all facilities. Friendly staff, refreshing stay, better than airport hotel. Continental breakfast with great choices, lovely staff. Beautiful setting with walking access to everything. Fab coffee makers in rooms.

The hotel was clean and had good facilities. Parking was available on site. It was conveniently located close to the airport and various bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

our stay at the pub in Ponteland was superb - clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great continental breakfast. The location was perfect for exploring the area. We were pleasantly surprised given our last cancellation.

The hotel's location was great for exploring the Northeast, with easy access to various attractions like Holy Island, Newcastle, and Sunderland. The recently renovated rooms were immaculate and well-presented, with basic amenities provided. The breakfast was fantastic, with well-cooked dishes and generous portions. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and kind, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

All was ok, no major issues to mention.

We had a fantastic stay at the Diamond Inn for a quick overnight near the airport. The staff were so welcoming and even let us check in early. The pub had a cozy atmosphere with a great selection of drinks and a delicious breakfast each morning. The outdoor seating area was perfect with a tented roof for shade. The rooms were spotless and the bed was so comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel!

We recently stayed at Diamond Inn and had a great experience. the room was comfortable and the beds provided a good night's sleep. the staff, especially Vicky, were incredibly friendly and professional. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and Vicky was attentive during breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious with a wide variety of choices. the location was also perfect, right in the heart of the village.

Nothing that I didn't like. 😊
