The food was truly amazing, with both dinner and breakfast being superb. The room was beautiful, featuring a comfortable four poster bed. it was a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is near the canal and close to Alton Towers, making it convenient for entertainment and sightseeing. The room itself was well-equipped, with complimentary water, tea, and coffee, and the toiletries provided were a nice touch. The staff offered a warm welcome and were very helpful in explaining everything upon arrival.
