The breakfast, although requiring advance ordering, was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Despite some grubby common areas and a noisy bar, I found the room and breakfast to be reasonably priced for a one-night stay. I would recommend this place for a short visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Durbeyfield Guest House for a weekend getaway. The staff, including hosts Ruta, Simon, and Jo-Jo, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The outside seating area and free parking were added bonuses. The bar was cozy and the drinks were reasonably priced. And last but not least, the breakfast was exceptional with a variety of options to choose from. We've already booked our next stay!

We had a lovely stay at a cool little pad in a superb location. the service was excellent, with friendly staff and a pleasant guy behind the bar during check-in. the beds were clean and comfortable, and the guest house had some really fab decor, art, and comforts. We also enjoyed a great breakfast and appreciated the quiet atmosphere. It was a bargain hotel that was perfect for our family, including our wee nipper and our dog. We would definitely stay here again.
