Had a great stay at The Earl Of Derby! The location was perfect for me - just a 2-minute walk from the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even when my card was cancelled they had no problem accepting cash as payment. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I was delighted to be able to watch my team play in the Rugby World Cup at breakfast. Free secure parking off road was a bonus, and the pub food was tasty and reasonably priced. The breakfast options were plentiful, including a vegetarian choice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, with a fully functional shower and plenty of hot water. an excellent stay with friendly staff.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering me free cancellation when my requested quiet room wasn't available. The room itself was nicely decorated and had tea/coffee making facilities, providing a comfortable stay. The included full English breakfast was delicious and filling. Plus, the inn was conveniently close to the Cambridge Junction for a fantastic gig.

That the inn was a bit down market for the price.
