The location of this hotel is unbeatable - close to everything you need in Skegness! the room was spacious and super clean, with all the tea and coffee supplies you could ask for. the staff, especially Paula, were lovely and made us feel right at home. the comfy bed and free Wi-Fi were definite pluses, and having a fridge in the room was a great touch. We'll definitely be coming back here again!

Other than that, our experience was wonderful, and we highly recommend staying here for a relaxing time in Skegness.

It is also conveniently situated near the pubs, making it easy to enjoy a night out without the need for transportation. the room is spacious and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay for families. The friendly staff goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and at home.

The hotel across the street can sometimes be noisy, especially when they have karaoke nights.

One downside is that the window in the top-floor room opens too wide, which seems a little unsafe.

recently stayed in skegness and had a great time at eastleigh - exceeded expectations! lovely spacious room with comfy bed, complimentary drinks, and friendly owners. would definitely return and recommend to friends. 10/10!

Shower trickled, disappointing.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, which made our stay enjoyable from the get-go. the location is perfect for exploring the area, with public transport and local attractions within walking distance. We also appreciated the comfortable and fresh room which had all the amenities we needed.

The sound insulation in the rooms could be improved, as we could hear noises from the other guests. the room was slightly overpriced for what was offered, given the size and facilities.
