We had an amazing stay at Hapimag Resort in Edinburgh. Our suite was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the views from our room were fantastic.

The morning meal could have been improved with a self-service area for washing cups and plates.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy walking distance to the city center and the train station. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great views. The bathroom was spotless and had excellent facilities, including a luxurious shower. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The continental breakfast was delicious and delivered promptly. The hotel also had an honesty bar/shop with a variety of drinks and snacks.

The only drawback was the lack of a sink in the room for washing dishes. Room service was the only option for cleaning the cups and plates.

The value for money at Hapimag Resort was exceptional, with a gorgeous and spacious room that had an incredible view. The location in the quiet West End was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff, especially Stefano, were lovely and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast experience could be improved by providing clearer instructions on operating the coffee machine and having instant coffee sachets available for guests who prefer it.

Loved the spacious room with a comfy bed and modern bathroom. the views from the window were amazing, we could even see a famous landmark in the distance! the location was perfect, only a short stroll to the main attractions and great restaurants.

The breakfast service was a let-down. We were supposed to be served in our room, but it was often late and we had to wait for ages.

Wow, this place had it all! The Town House Suite at this hotel was absolutely massive with two bathrooms and stunning views over Edinburgh. As young people, we loved the free parking, well-presented and friendly staff, and the complimentary slippers, robes. The room was equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine and kettle, and the on-site bar and room service were super convenient. Plus, the breakfast served in our room was a luxurious touch. this hotel was perfect for celebrating our Wedding Anniversary.
