We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and a spotless pool area. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and a modern interior design. The location near the highway to Miami port made it convenient for us to explore the area. Additionally, we loved the breakfast options and the friendly staff.

I had a wonderful time at this place. The staff were amazing, from the concierge to the waitstaff, they greeted me with a smile and were always willing to help. My room was large, clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the waterway from my balcony. The kitchen was great, really useful for my stay and the dining table and sitting area were a nice touch. The leisure swimming pool and jacuzzi were refreshing and the sun terrace was a perfect spot to catch some rays. The location is great, close to everything and the staff provided a shuttle service, making it really convenient to get around.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff was incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We loved the complimentary breakfast and the fact that the hotel was within walking distance to various restaurants and shopping areas. Plus, the view from our room was unbeatable! We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen in our room, which came in handy when we didn't feel like eating out.

the area immediately surrounding the hotel wasn't the most attractive. Despite these small complaints, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

We stayed at Residence Inn and were thrilled with the fantastic front desk staff. When we needed towels for the beach, they went above and beyond by providing beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and boogie boards. The included breakfast had lots of choices and fresh made food. The pool area was spacious and offered a beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway. Plus, the proximity to shopping and restaurants was perfect. I highly recommend Residence Inn for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant as the staff was always helpful and had a smile. The comfortable and clean room had a big bed, great balcony with intercoastal view making it a homey experience. We enjoyed the facilities provided such as the big pool area with sunbeds, spa, gym and free coffee & tea in the lobby. While not too close to the beach, its location was nice in a transitioning neighborhood close to the water taxi and great small mom & pop restaurants. Breakfast was good too.

There was some noise from the cleaning staff in the corridors early in the morning.

The neighborhood seems to be transitioning, with small commercial mom and pop restaurants giving way to watch-out developers. The service here is top-notch, from the friendly staff that greet you upon arrival to the attentive concierge and waitstaff. They go above and beyond to accommodate any requests, providing amazing customer service.

I recently stayed at Residence Inn and had a fantastic experience. My partner and I were visiting for a week-long vacation and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The suite we stayed in was incredibly spacious, with a large kitchen and all the amenities we needed. The view of the Inland Waterway from our room was breathtaking, and it felt like a home away from home. The included breakfast was a nice bonus and the staff, especially Ashley at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. a great stay!

The hotel had a strong smell of seaweed in the restaurant and around the pool area. The room was not as advertised, as it was supposed to be a 2-bedroom but was actually only one bedroom.

The value for our money was great and the room was fantastic. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the waterway, and the staff treated us so well.

The breakfast menu could be improved by offering fresher bananas.
