We stayed at a hotel just on the outskirts of town, which was perfect for us as we enjoy cycling and the hotel was very close to the national cycle route. The location was also great as we were within walking distance of the city centre and Gloucester Kingsholm stadium. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the service was excellent. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were attentive. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room.

That the shower cubicle was quite small, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use.
