I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a beautiful location. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. Everywhere I went, whether it was the reception desk or the cleaning ladies, everyone was welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The service here is truly exceptional.

Without a doubt, I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and beautiful surroundings make it a perfect choice for any occasion.

The staff in the spa were wonderful and very friendly. The hotel offered an upgrade for my husband's birthday, which was a nice surprise.- The room was clean and had nice little touches like complimentary water and Kit Kats.- The spa had a variety of facilities to enjoy, including steam rooms, saunas, and outside jacuzzis.- The bar had a good atmosphere and comfortable seating, with table service available.- The dinner at the hotel was delicious, with well-presented dishes that impressed us.

The lunch served by the pool didn't meet expectations, as the chicken wrap was actually a sandwich with too much bread and not enough filling. The cocktails at the bar were quite expensive.

The pool and Spa facilities at Fairlawns were exceptional, with staff regularly cleaning the area to ensure a clean and enjoyable experience. The internet connection was reliable, and the hotel was quiet and clean. We also appreciated the comfort of the rooms and the convenience of having a safe and fridge available. The restaurant staff, especially Attia and Elton, were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service. The food was divine, beautifully cooked and presented, with a wide variety to choose from. Breakfast was also enjoyable with good options available on the buffet table. The spa and pool areas were wonderful, with the added bonus of hot tubs for a relaxing experience. The hotel staff, including the housekeepers, were warm and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable.

fairlawns, hotel and spa in walsall was a delightful surprise. the upgraded room on our wedding day was a lovely touch. the helpful staff made our stay even more memorable. highly recommend for exploring the town.

Noisy due to ongoing building work.

We had a really lovely time during our romantic getaway. The spa facilities were fantastic, with so many saunas and special rooms to enjoy, plus the pool and hot tubs were great! The grazing bar was a real treat, with snacks and coffee always available. The dinner was a highlight, with a great choice of meats and salads, and the service was excellent. The location was perfect for us, being halfway between our families. It was also nice to have an upgraded room and excellent room service.

The breakfast could have been better. There was no option for beans on toast, which was not on the menu, and there was a mix-up with our breakfast order.

Upon check-in, we were greeted with friendly and welcoming staff who immediately made us feel at home. The restaurant provided us with one of the best meals we have ever eaten, with a wide selection of delicious dishes. The service was impeccable throughout our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for us. The restaurant had a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, allowing us to enjoy our meal in a relaxing environment.

The temperature in the room was a bit warm, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep.

An afternoon tea experience at Fairlawns, Hotel And Spa was truly exceptional. The friendly and attentive staff, especially Josh, made us feel welcome and provided great service throughout. The tea itself was delightful, with a variety of delicious sandwiches, warm scones, and an assortment of delectable cakes. We even had the option to take the leftover treats home. Definitely the best afternoon tea in the area!

The fitness facilities at the hotel were limited, which was a disappointment for someone like me who enjoys keeping active during my travels.
