The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic. Every single one of them was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made my stay truly enjoyable. The room, although a bit small, was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The crisp, white linen and soft towels provided a luxurious touch. The hotel's restaurant offered top-quality food that matched the high standards set by the rest of the establishment.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of a lovely village. The location, right on the Market Square of Uppingham, is perfect for exploring the area. The rooms are beautifully furnished, especially the bathrooms, which have high-spec fixtures. I particularly loved the super king size four poster bed in my room, it added a touch of luxury to my stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is impressive, with extra special touches like coffee, biscuits, and bath robes in the rooms. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the price was reasonable.

Everything was spot on, I couldn't fault this hotel at all.

Hard to think of anything negative.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel located right on the Market Square. The accommodation was fantastic - warm and cozy with spacious rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff were efficient, courteous, and always on top of things. The breakfast spread was wide-ranging, and I particularly enjoyed the pancakes with maple syrup and smoked bacon. The hotel is also conveniently located just a few steps away from the market square and the main hotel. I had a delightful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The shower worked well and we had plenty of towels. We found a nice walk nearby and the town had some interesting shops and restaurants to explore.

Our room was right next to a noisy event which went on until late at night. We expected more for the amount we paid.

The historic building was beautifully decorated and had a contemporary feel. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The room we booked was spacious and had a large bathroom. Plus, the outside garden was absolutely stunning.

While the food at the restaurant was of good quality, the staff lacked knowledge of high-level customer care. They were polite and attentive, but the service fell short of what one would expect in a high-quality establishment.
