As a young holiday goer, I recently had a fantastic experience at a hotel in a lively town. The hotel was conveniently located right in the middle of the historic town, making it easy to explore. I couldn't sleep until the pub below closed, but it was worth it for the lively atmosphere. The hotel was close to the very pleasant Town Centre, which offered a range of shops and attractions.

One small negative aspect was that the bathroom was not en suite, which caused a bit of confusion at first. However, this was quickly resolved by the helpful and friendly bar staff who called the manager.

Convenient location, friendly staff, amazing room with everything we needed and more. Lovely cleaning lady, always ready to help. Great amenities like a kitchen and ample tea and coffee. Perfect for a wedding at a nearby castle.

Great location for sightseeing with easy access to key attractions. the staff were helpful and accommodating, providing useful suggestions for places to eat. the accommodation was fantastic, with spacious rooms that were clean and well-equipped. the shared kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and there was ample crockery available.

There was a noisy disco downstairs until late at night, which disrupted our sleep. the lack of soundproofing between the bedroom and the bar made it impossible to escape the conversations happening downstairs.

Impressive room size and bed, amazing shower, well-supplied toiletries. Nice dressing table with mirror and hairdryer. Convenient iron and board. Good self-serve breakfast options. Accommodating staff. Perfect central location with rear car park.

For us it was ideal.

Impressive place, photos don't do justice. Perfect for large groups, clean, new, and well-designed. Great facilities, including open bathroom in room. Helpful staff and convenient location in town center with parking. Will definitely return.

We had a warm welcome on arrival and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, with a king-size bed and tasteful decor. We found the shared kitchen and lounge facilities to be very nice, even though we didn't have much time to use them. The location of the hotel allowed us to easily explore the city and surrounding areas, and there were plenty of options for parking. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the key location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. We appreciated the kitchen facilities, which provided us with fresh bread and eggs for breakfast each day. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our Easter stay enjoyable.

The wardrobe doors were hanging off and there were no hangers, which made it difficult to hang our clothes. the shared kitchen was not always clean and some dishes were left dirty in the sink by other guests.

I recently stayed at The Feathers for one night and it was a wonderful experience. The room was beautifully refurbished with a spacious en suite bathroom and a large screen TV. I particularly loved the continental breakfast, which allowed me to have a leisurely morning without any time restrictions. The kitchen where breakfast was served was absolutely stunning, with all the amenities you could need. The location of the hotel was also great, and the staff provided a warm welcome upon arrival. the room was tastefully decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the shared kitchen and lounge facilities were a nice touch.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness, with a spotless room and plenty of toiletries and towels provided. The facilities were great, including a beautiful roll-top bath and a well-functioning shower. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of the very pleasant town centre and close to Ruthin Castle. Staff were lovely and friendly, providing a warm welcome.

The accommodation at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. We had our own separate access to the room, so we didn't have to go through the pub. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had a large, comfortable bed. The staff were excellent, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome, including replacing a blown bulb in one of the bedside lamps.

Some minor improvements could be made to the hotel, such as providing a cafetiere and fresh coffee in the well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, a separate light in the dark, windowless toilet would have been beneficial.

I recently stayed at The Feathers for a weekend getaway and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, with plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The staff, especially the friendly barmaid, were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with comfy beds and all the necessary amenities. The shared lounge was cozy and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the food provided was top-notch. I also appreciated the live music updates. I've already re-booked for my next visit.

The room at this country hotel was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. I loved being able to make my own breakfast with the supplies provided, and there were plenty of choices available. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at this hotel.

Great value for money with fantastic accommodation and plenty of space. the staff were really friendly and the breakfast had lots of choice. the location was perfect with plenty of places to eat close by.

Had a problem at check-in, had to wait around for a while until it was sorted. the room hadn't been cleaned and the shower was either scorching hot or freezing cold.

We had a separate access to our room at Moel Arthur, which was convenient even when the pub was closed. the room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a large comfortable bed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fully-stocked kitchen with fresh milk, bread, eggs, juices, cereals. the staff were excellent and helpful, with one of them immediately replacing a blown bulb in the bedside lamp. the pub also had a private car park, which was advantageous in a town with narrow streets and limited parking options.

There was nothing I didn't like. 🤩
