The meals and drinks at the hotel were a must-try! the menu had a good selection and the food was delicious, with huge portions. the service was excellent and the staff were friendly and efficient. the hotel had a lovely atmosphere and was dog-friendly, which was a plus for pet owners. Another great aspect was the themed nights and the full menu that was still available. the hotel provided a great dining experience.

That the service in the restaurant in the evening was slow and disjointed. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait a long time for our table.

Clean and well-maintained rooms with daily refreshment of tea, coffee, and bottled water. Friendly staff, especially Sarah who remembered us from last year. the 3-course meal was delicious and the staff catered well for my gluten intolerance. Hearty breakfast with a good variety to start the day. the bar had a cozy atmosphere with a real fire, and the meals served there were tasty with generous portions. Great location for exploring the Norfolk coast.

Some staff seemed unhappy, except for the housekeeper. We had an issue with noise from speakers below our room, and despite three other rooms complaining, we were initially told it wasn't from the restaurant.

stayed in holt before, but feathers exceeded expectations. accommodating with our dog, clean room, great food and drinks, friendly staff. perfect location and parking on-site.

I much preferred The Lawns over The Feathers. The Bedroom was spacious and the Bathroom was excellent with great water pressure in the Shower. The Lawns' location was more convenient and the parking was 100% better. The breakfast, aside from the sausage, was lovely with a big pot of tea. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. The bar, lounge, and dining area were tastefully decorated. I will always choose The Lawns as it fits so much better.

The Feathers Holt is a fantastic country hotel located right in the centre of the attractive Georgian town of Holt. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and plenty of hot drink supplies. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel also offers a free carpark and is within easy access of the coast and main road to Cromer. The location is perfect for exploring the town and surrounding areas.

The hotel's location in the heart of Holt was excellent, with nearby parking available. The facilities, including the bar, lounge, and dining areas, were tastefully decorated and in keeping with the age of the property. The breakfasts and evening meals were delicious, offering a good choice of food. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The room had just been upgraded and decorated. Lovely large ground floor room, lovely large comfortable bed. the bathroom was spotless with a huge walk-in shower. the breakfast was excellent and plentiful.

Couldn't get the WiFi to work in the annex. TV stations kept dropping out.

We had a great time during our Christmas stay. the rooms were clean and well-equipped, which made our stay quite comfortable. the staff were also friendly and provided efficient service. the location was ideal, right in the middle of the town, making it convenient for us to explore and enjoy the festive atmosphere.

There were a couple of drawbacks. parking became a bit of a challenge, especially when we returned in the evening.

The Feathers in Holt is charmingly old with various sitting areas, clean and warm, with a welcoming atmosphere at all times. The included breakfast offers a good variety, great service, and a pleasant location. The evening meals are also delicious and well presented, with a selection of local beers. They are very dog-friendly, providing a comfy dog bed, treats, and a warm welcome throughout the hotel.

We also appreciated the little treats left for our furry friend in the room. And the breakfast.oh my, what a selection! Hot or cold, there was something for everyone and the quality was top-notch. We couldn't have asked for a better start to our day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the upgraded Feathers in a smart Georgian town. While I did miss the old-fashioned shabbiness and friendly atmosphere, the new bar and dining rooms were impressive. the location was fantastic and the evening meal with friends was great. the Lawns Rooms, where we stayed, were easy to find and well-signed. Our room, a cozy double, was clean, nicely decorated, and had lovely views of the lawns. the proximity to town and ample on-site parking were also a plus.
