The staff at Feathers were incredibly accommodating and made our stay even more special. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade and a glass of bubbly for my husband's birthday. The restaurant was fully booked, but the staff managed to find us a table and the food was absolutely amazing. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. I had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend Feathers to others.

I had a delightful weekend at a hotel I had been eagerly anticipating. The hotel had a charming bar with a wide selection of local beers, and the barman, David, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The cozy atmosphere with couches and books was a refreshing change. The bedroom was very comfortable, and despite a few minor issues like broken light bulbs and a broken standard lamp, it was still a pleasant stay. The breakfast was hearty and delicious, and the staff were always helpful. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for a lovely getaway.

We stumbled upon this place by chance during our journey and boy, were we glad we did! The location is spot-on, right in the heart of town, surrounded by charming 'Olde Worlde' pubs and just a stone's throw from Ludlow's top attractions. The staff here are simply amazing, providing a bespoke service with a warm and friendly attitude. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could possibly need, from a welcoming drink to a well-stocked mini-bar. We loved exploring the nooks and crannies of this historic hotel, and the breakfast menu was top-notch. This place truly exceeded our expectations and provided us with a memorable experience.

We had a fantastic time at the Feathers! Our modern room was incredibly comfortable with a cozy bed and great facilities. We loved that there were lots of sockets with USB charging, making it easy to keep our devices powered up. The atmosphere was lovely and the famous exterior was truly attractive. The breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is also located in one of England's finest towns, making it the perfect base for exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the castle and the quaint ancient market town. The room we stayed in had a lovely view overlooking the inner courtyard and was nice and quiet. The facilities were excellent, with a comfortable lounge area and a luxury bathroom. The staff were very helpful and attentive, making our stay enjoyable.

The dining room had a loud doorbell that could be heard throughout the downstairs area, which was quite bothersome.

The Feathers Hotel offered a lovely comfortable stay with a spacious suite and beautiful bathroom. The hotel provided quality loose tea and ground coffee in the room. The cleanliness was commendable, especially during these times. The location in the old town was convenient, and the hotel had hidden gems like the Writing Room, showcasing superb plaster mouldings and wood carvings. The front of house staff were friendly and courteous, adding to the pleasant experience.

Convenient location on main street. Junior Suite 152 had spacious layout and newly renovated bathroom with bath, shower, and double basins. Emperor-sized bed was extremely comfortable. Delicious breakfast provided.

The room was smaller than expected with limited storage, no table space, and no suitcase stand. the shower was weak and needed improvement.
