We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, making it easy for us to find and offering convenient access to nearby attractions. The room was extremely comfortable, providing us with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that our every need was met. We particularly enjoyed the delicious meals we had in the restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner. The quality of the food was outstanding and the atmosphere was delightful. this place offers enhanced comfort and quality services that truly exceeded our expectations.

While the hotel provided a fantastic experience, we found that the staff did not accommodate our request for a room on a higher floor. Additionally, we felt that the receptionist could have been more informative about the parking fee and her manner was slightly rude.

On the first night, we went to a local restaurant that was cheaper and the food was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a modern bathroom. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast in The Bay Tree restaurant was tasty, with a good selection of hot and cold items. everything was good and I would definitely stay here again.

The noise from the road outside was a bit bothersome at times.

The Crowne Plaza Felbridge - Gatwick provided a comfortable stay with v comfy beds and a sleep pack on the pillow. The evening meal, especially as part of a Christmas party, was very good. The hotel also had a comfortable bar area and a lovely outdoor courtyard. Guests with disabilities were well-catered for with helpful staff and accessible facilities.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a broken drawer in the room, chilly temperature, and a slight confrontation over wine, I would still recommend this hotel. I had a pleasant experience at Crowne Plaza and look forward to returning in the future.

The spa facilities were good, and the staff there were amazing too. We also enjoyed visiting the local vineyard, Kingscote, which was just a short drive away.

The staff were absolutely excellent from start to finish. The receptionist on the evening we arrived was amazing and so helpful. The breakfast staff, cleaning staff, and all other employees were pleasant and professional. The room exceeded our expectations, it was spacious and had a big bathroom with a bathtub and 2 sinks. The room was extremely clean and had nice decorations. It was also the quietest room we've ever stayed in, which was important for us as sensitive sleepers. The bed was huge and very comfortable, providing us with a deep and peaceful sleep. The breakfast experience was lovely, with a wide variety of choices and fresh food. The waiters were fast and professional, and the freshly made croissants were heavenly. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities, such as the jacuzzi, swimming pool, and sauna, which we had to ourselves for nearly an hour. Lastly, the location of the hotel was easy to find, with a big on-site car park and plenty of space. It provided us with a convenient base for exploring the nearby vineyard, Kingscote Estate, which we highly recommend visiting.

The spa facilities were overcrowded and we were unable to enjoy them properly. the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Comfy beds, nice pool, big screen TV in room , good table for dinner, well presented. Friendly and welcoming staff, especially the man at the desk. They made a sweet surprise for my partner's birthday. Great breakfast with pleasant and hardworking staff. Helpful check-in staff, nice food, and a comfy room.
