I especially appreciated the personal touch of having our table reserved with our names on a small slate. If there were any concerns, the staff promised to resolve them immediately.

The hotel's convenient rural location made it easy to drive to the coast and explore the beautiful countryside of this previously unexplored area.

We stayed at a charming and historic pub that is conveniently located right opposite the pub and situated on a cycle route. The restaurant provided delicious food on our first night, and we were pleased with the comfortable room and well-cleaned bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating our request for a late breakfast and allowing us to bring our dog. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the excellent service provided by the delightful staff.

Stayed for business, dinner and breakfast were delicious. the steak was the best I have had in a while. the location was perfect, far enough away to enjoy the quiet countryside but close enough to the city. the room was comfortable and the bed was cozy.

The rooms were very comfortable and well-furnished, with tea and coffee facilities and a selection of biscuits provided daily. the bathrooms were clean and the showers were excellent. the breakfast menu had a good variety, including a delicious Full English and Eggs Benedict. the Sunday lunch we booked for a group of 10 was also very enjoyable. Another positive aspect was that our dog was warmly welcomed and even received treats at the bar.

The kitchen service was hit and miss, with some slow service and mistakes in our orders. the lack of communication about missing ingredients in our meals was also disappointing.
