Great location, close to attractions yet quiet for a good sleep. Welcoming owners offered room choices at no extra cost. Good value breakfast, fresh and well cooked. Limited parking but affordable options nearby. Clean, bright room with everything we needed. Friendly and helpful staff. Near beach, tower, entertainment, shops, and restaurants. a top choice for our return to this city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Blackpool! The location was superb, very close to everything. I could easily walk to all the local attractions and the seafront. The hotel facilities were top-notch, everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff, particularly Lisa and Mark, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety of options and excellent value for money.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at a hotel in Blackpool. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with unique themes that added a special touch. The owners were incredibly kind and went above and beyond, even lending us umbrellas when it was raining. We felt like nothing was too much trouble during our stay. we would definitely consider staying here again.

The room was clean and tidy, and the towels were fresh. the location was convenient, close to all the main attractions in the city. One more advantage was that the staff were helpful and accommodating, allowing me to stay in the lounge area after check-out.

I was disappointed with the size of the ensuite bathroom, as it was quite small. It was not a major issue for me as a single traveler, but it could be a problem for those traveling with others.

The room was spacious and cozy with a comfortable bed perfect for a lovely romantic escape. the view of the surroundings was amazing with a beautiful sunset visible from the room. the key location was excellent as it offered easy access to plenty of local amenities and attractions. having a Jacuzzi in the room was fabulous and we enjoyed it very much.

The bathroom was dirty and the towels smelled badly. the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, which made us feel unwelcome.

The breakfasts were delicious, with a mean Full English breakfast and special accommodations made for my 9-year-old daughter's picky eating habits. The hotel's location was also perfect, with the Tower, central pier, and winter gardens just a short walk away. Plus, there was a secure car park conveniently situated nearby. We loved our stay so much that we extended it for an extra night. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a quality B&B experience.

We just stayed at a lovely hotel for 2 nights. It was friendly, relaxed, and very clean. The staff catered to our fussy children and the full English breakfast was perfect. Thank you, Lisa & Mark, for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing good information on parking. the location was convenient, with attractions and the bus station within walking distance.

The room was not properly cleaned. the floor mat and bath mat were dirty and looked like they hadn't been washed.

Lovely owners, great location, beautiful breakfast, clean and tidy rooms, accommodating owners, lending of phone charger and umbrella.

Felt very well taken care of, no complaints at all.
