I had a great stay at a hotel located near Gretna outlet, making it convenient for shopping. The lounge bar and garden were lovely places to relax after a long day. The restaurant offered delicious food at a reasonable price. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and fluffy towels in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing treats for my dog. The breakfast was first-class and the free Wi-Fi was a bonus. I also enjoyed the proximity to the beautiful Lake District.

Great breakfast and fantastic staff! Coffee was superb. Location is perfect to explore the city center. Room service was spot on—clean towels, toiletries, and sheets. the hotel has a picturesque exterior and welcoming ambiance.

The shower pressure was quite low, but I understand it is an old building, and nothing much can be done about it. the only downside was that there was no comfortable seating in the outdoor area.

Our waiter, Phil, went out of his way to accommodate my dairy intolerance and recommended the delicious tablet cheese cake. The room was a perfect layout for our family of four with a dog, and the price was fair enough. it was a cozy and charming hotel with helpful staff.
