The room decor was impressive for a chain hotel, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the location was conveniently situated near key attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the area. the bed was very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

It would have been more convenient if they offered food at least 30 minutes after check-out, like other places do. the bathtub in the room was too small, making it uncomfortable for taller individuals to relax and enjoy a bath.

Great location for our event, with ample parking. the rooms were clean, quiet, and well-appointed, with excellent bathroom facilities. the cooked breakfast was worth the price and the staff at reception were friendly and efficient.

There was no access to the hotel after 8pm, which was not communicated to us upon arrival. This caused inconvenience and stress, as we had to park a mile away.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location of this place is perfect, situated right next to a lovely pub with a great garden. It was also very convenient for me as it was located near a golf course where I played. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with room service, a welcome drink, and all the necessary facilities I needed, including ironing facilities, heating. The hotel also had a beautiful garden with comfortable seating areas, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I recently stayed at Gamston Lock for two nights for a weekend getaway. The check-in process at the pub was quick and easy, and our room on the first floor was spacious and peaceful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft linens that added to a good night's sleep. The room was impeccably clean, and there were plenty of tea and coffee supplies available. We also enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the pub, where the food was cooked to perfection and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel staff were accommodating to our gluten and lactose intolerances, providing options and even warming up lactose-free milk for our coffee. a great experience.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful. It was great to have free WiFi and a desk to work from. the fact that there was a pub/restaurant nearby was convenient for dinner.

The surrounding area didn't offer much to do. the noise level was very high due to a taxi driver keeping the engine running outside of the room for 15 minutes in the middle of the night.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The family room was spacious and clean, with plenty of room for my family. The staff were excellent, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome. The hotel is conveniently located just outside the city, with cheap taxi rides into town. It was great value for money and I would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting the university.

The blackout curtains kept the light out extremely well. They were a lifesaver for a light sleeper like me. The location was also very convenient for our needs, making it easy for us to explore the area. The room itself was spotless and comfortable, providing a cozy haven during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and peaceful ambiance.

The hotel had easy parking and it was a great value for our stay. Nottingham and the surrounding areas were easy to drive to and explore.
