The location of this hotel is perfect for my planned canal walk to Bath with my dog, Maisie. It is away from the main High Street, but still within easy travel of many of the attractions in the area. The room we stayed in was comfortable and well-decorated, with lovely furnishings. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed the lovely garden areas and the peaceful view from our room.

One negative aspect was that the lighting in the bedroom was quite dull, which could be improved for a better ambiance.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring this charming town. It was within walking distance of the train station and just a short stroll down to the town centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, with a cozy lounge/diner upstairs and a lovely bedroom with an en-suite downstairs. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and comfortable. the little extras like fresh milk, ground coffee, and fresh fruit in the room added a special touch. the staff were excellent - friendly and approachable. the food was very good, especially the continental breakfast. Despite being a bit outside the town center, George is conveniently located near many attractions in the area.

The value for money at this hotel was great, with a spacious and homely apartment-style room. The location at the top of the town provided beautiful views, and the staff, especially Kashia and Alison, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could have been better about breakfast offerings was the timing, as it started after 9 am and we had to leave by 8.30 am. However, the staff did provide us with a continental breakfast alternative for the next day.

The rooms, particularly the Rosewood Suite, were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The pub and restaurant had a delightful atmosphere, and the food was absolutely delicious. The garden seating was a lovely spot to relax with a drink. I would highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming staff, fantastic food, and comfortable rooms.

Although we wished for a firmer bed and a bath after a long day of walking, these were personal preferences and did not detract from the overall experience.
