We had an amazing stay at the hotel. They quickly sorted it out and even upgraded us to a family room. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the portions were huge. The hotel grounds were beautiful, perfect for walking our dog. Despite a small bathroom and some minor issues, we would definitely recommend this hotel. we had a fantastic experience and would love to come back.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The hotel's proximity to Carlisle was convenient, and I appreciated the beautiful grounds where I could walk my dog. The added touches of lights in the trees and around the pillars created a magical atmosphere. The two highland cows and Gizmo, the friendly cat, added an extra element of fun to my stay.

While the rooms were clean and comfortable, I did find the TV to be a bit small for the size of the room, requiring me to sit closer to watch it. Additionally, the bathroom felt a bit cramped, although it served its purpose adequately.

We were thrilled with the warm welcome and the pet-friendly atmosphere at this charming hotel. The absence of TVs and loud music created a peaceful ambiance, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal. The location was great, and the grand appearance of the hotel added to its charm. We even had the convenience of charging our electric car. Despite a few minor issues, like requesting saucers and a teaspoon, and a bit of confusion with the table setting, our overall experience was wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel room was a bit outdated, and the walls were thin, so it was easy to hear noise from other rooms. If you're sensitive to noise or have high standards for the bathroom and beds, you might not enjoy your stay as much.
