Additionally, the hotel's central location allowed for easy access to nearby attractions.

Emma, the hotel manager, made sure everything was perfect for us. the restaurant staff, Olivia, Katie, and Pauline, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic breakfast experience. the kitchen staff also did a great job serving delicious, piping hot food.

the curtains in our room were very thin, so we had to use a bedsheet to darken the room. Lastly, we found a cigarette butt behind a side table, which was a bit off-putting.

The location of this hotel was fantastic because we were attending an event at the nearby Winter Gardens. It is absolutely perfect for the beach and Winter Gardens, being really central and close to everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and the service was quick, ensuring that our stay was exceptional. The rooms were a very good size and the beds were very comfortable, providing us with a really good night's sleep.

Some minor improvements could be made in terms of bathroom facilities.

It is also within walking distance of the Winter Gardens, perfect if you're attending an event there. The rooms are basic but clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
