Easy to find with lots of parking. Warm welcome from friendly staff. Nice big room with comfortable beds. Good food and plenty of options for breakfast. Polite and attentive staff made for a great stay.

I recently stayed at a lovely inn in St Helens and had a great experience. The Griffin Inn was conveniently located, making it easy to get into town with a bus stop right outside the inn. The room was clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee provided and refreshed daily. The staff were friendly and the bathroom was beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the powerful and refreshing shower. it was a pleasant stay and I would consider staying at the Griffin Inn again.

The room was nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed. We appreciated the little extras like cappuccino sachets and hot chocolate in the room. Despite checking in late, Michelle made us feel very welcome. The rate I paid was excellent for the standard of the room. a great experience at Griffin Inn. I would highly recommend it.

My three-night stay at The Griffin Inn was absolutely wonderful. The staff were lovely and highly recommended by me. The rooms were gorgeous, with a great design and a hostess tray filled with a fantastic selection of drinks and biscuits. The beds were firm but cosy, and I particularly appreciated the soundproofing in the room. The staff were friendly, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant served excellent food, with a helpful server accommodating my wife's allergies. The service overall was excellent, and there was plenty of car parking space.

The bathroom was spotless, although the hot water took some time to figure out. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was delicious and filling, with options like a breakfast Ciabatta. the location, room, service, and breakfast made our stay enjoyable.

The pub area had a slight smell, which was a bit off-putting.
