The value for money was excellent and the room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The location was perfect for sightseeing and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The menu for breakfast could have had more options.

The Clermont offered spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, friendly and accommodating staff, and an amazing onsite restaurant. The location was fabulous, with easy walking distance to tourist attractions and the Palace. Theatres, bars, and restaurants were also conveniently nearby. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the comfortable bed for a good night's rest.

The hotel itself was absolutely opulent and I felt like royalty during my time there. The dinner I had at the hotel was one of the most fantastic meals I've ever had. The location was incredibly convenient, as it was right near the Victoria station and provided easy access to all the places I wanted to visit.

What a great stay! The hotel's location in Victoria station was perfect for catching the Belmond Pullman on New Year's Eve and exploring central London's sights. The staff was attentive and friendly, and our room with access to the executive lounge was worth the extra cost. Delicious breakfast with perfect eggs included with the rate made it an excellent value.

As old people, we absolutely loved the comfortable beds and spacious rooms at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even surprising us with treats for our wedding anniversary. The location was brilliant and convenient, with easy access to Victoria Station. The breakfast was fresh and offered plenty of choices, and the hotel had a lovely decor and ambiance.

It was the perfect location for exploring the nearby sights like Buckingham Palace and Oxford Street shops. The hotel was easy to find from the train station and the rooms had plenty of plug sockets in areas where needed the most. The bathroom was clean and there was an excellent breakfast buffet.

The hotel is conveniently located near bus, train, and tube stations, making it easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including a M&S food store and Pret. Another advantage is the comfortable bed in the room, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The complimentary hospitality snacks and daily room refills were a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and the room sparkling clean. While the air conditioning wasn't perfect, the staff was quick to help me adjust it. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
