The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas stay. It was just a short walk away from the Hull City Hall where we attended a holiday event. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The hotel building looked a little tired and dated. The lift was in need of some maintenance, as it made some unpleasant noises during operation.
